2.The number of abnormal cancer lymph nodes has to be limited to 3-4.
3.There must not be metastatic disease outside the neck.
4. The size of the lymph nodes to be RFA treated must be less than 1.5-2 cm.

2. Larger tumors and extensive Lymph node disease can be targeted with RFA when it is judged that size reduction will reduce symptoms and improve quality of life even when complete removal is not possible.
