This website does not offer patient portals, medical forms, appointment booking, online consultations, or payments. It is intended for general education.
Emailing us
When you email contact@thyroid.com, we use your email address and message to respond to your inquiry. Please do not include medical records or other personal health information.
Service providers
Our email service is provided through GoDaddy/Microsoft 365, which processes and stores email messages.
Netlify hosts this website and processes technical information, such as IP addresses and requests for website pages, to provide and secure its services. See Netlify's privacy policy for more information.
Analytics and advertising
On the live Thyroid.com website, Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use our pages so we can improve the website and plan new educational content. It loads only after you choose "Accept cookies." If you reject cookies, Google Analytics does not load and you can still use the entire site.
Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and engagement. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing. The setup excludes query strings from page URLs and does not intentionally collect email addresses, search text, form contents, or medical records.
