Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Cancel at least three calendar days before your appointment for a full refund.
Later cancellations and missed calls are not refunded.
Rescheduling requires at least three calendar days’ notice.
If Dr. G cannot make the call, you will receive a full refund.
Refunds are processed within two weeks.
